こんにちは今回のブログがラストになります。NILSインターン生のMASAです！
本日はフィリピンに来て学んだことを英語で振り返って行きたいと思います！

Today I am going to review days here in NILS so please listen!
At first before coming here I was managing company as a president and I established it at the age of 18.Thus I behaved like a boss and I was looked up due to that I made an argument with Philippines
and I think we became enemies…
But It made me better person and I wish so.
I learned When in Rome do as the Romans do . It means we need to adjust environment .
And especially I got the feelings of workers so I will be able to be a good leader someday.
Handling them kindly ,flexibly and I can make them energetic with words as what our principle told me . Ask me what ! When I told her I am just an intern .She told me you are not just an intern. Without you we cant make this school better so help us . so teachers in NILS you are not just teacher , you are special on this company and for me .

Second I learned a lot from teachers not just as English teachers but as teachers of life as well .
Especially from teacher Z, she taught me how to keep myself energetic and strong and how to make someone happy.
From teacher K,I gained the importance of accepting the other`s idea and the importance of process of being good person .
From B the bad aspect of generalizing and good aspect of logical thinking .
Of course from others I valued much…
Finally my task here in NILS is a translator for nurse,admins,teachers and students.
Consequently from these experiences I learned the importance of language,because of English I meet gays , I cried , I built rapport and I experienced a lot..

But now I am going to handle new tasks and try new fields in Japan.
Absolutely it is my fear and I felt anxious ..
But apparently now I wanna say it opportunity knocks only once so grab it and don’t regret it .
Past is just past,we cant go back there but we can make the future better .
But to grab them and to make it better we need to experience a lot .
Nevertheless don’t be afraid of trying new things.
